Talko is an iOS quiz app featuring questions across various topics and an in-app reward system.
Talko offers two paid plans: a monthly subscription and an annual subscription, both activated via Apple In-App Purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation and upon each renewal.
You may cancel at any time in iOS Settings: Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions → Talko. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you activate a paid subscription.
Current prices are displayed in the App Store in your local currency. We reserve the right to change prices with advance notice in accordance with Apple's policies.
All in-app rewards, achievements, and points are virtual only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real goods or currency, and may be reset upon app deletion.
You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the App, attempt unauthorised access to its code, or distribute its content without our written permission.
All content within Talko — including questions, design, logo, animations, and code — is the exclusive property of Talko and is protected by copyright law worldwide. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for loss of progress due to technical issues or app deletion.
We may update the App, modify features, or discontinue support at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be accompanied by a notice to users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Users in the EU retain rights under applicable local consumer protection law. Users in California retain rights under California law to the extent required.
Your use of Talko is also subject to Apple Inc.'s App Store End User License Agreement (EULA).
